Jaymee Del Rosario is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of International Metal Source (IMS). With over 10 years of collective experience in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial Industries.
When starting International Metal Source in 2009, she saw an opportunity in the aerospace industry providing customers with fully traceable quality materials and critical added valued services at competitive pricing, all while maintaining exceptional customer service. She works side by side with top management and engineers to create a streamlined supply chain through strategic planning, effective measuring AS9100/ISO standard, engineering and designing prototype projects, vertical integration, consolidation, and as well as seeking alternative solutions, and other initiatives to improve her client’s processes.
Mrs. Del Rosario values and understands the importance of collaboration.
Jaymee has a degree in Psychology and working on B.A. Organizational Management to Forensic Psychology & Engineering.

Sohil received his BS in Physics from the University of California, Irvine, and has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, at Duke University.
He has over 10 years of experience working as a project manager in the Aerospace, Defense and Commercial Industries.
Sohil is technically adept in product development and operations in reducing costs, streamlining processes and decreasing lead times.
He has the ability to create, organize and manage cross-functional groups with a track record of making effective strategic decisions.

V.P. Sales & General Manager
JP has over 10 years of experience in Aerospace, Space and Defense industries. As the Lead Estimator for IMS, he specialized in obtaining hard-to-find materials and working closely with clients to meet their exact requirements and specifications. Today, JP has a degree in B.A. Social Health/Welfare/Inequalities where he utilize this to analyze the marketing trend in our current economy.

Sergii has a Master of Aerospace Engineering with 10+ years of experience in design, modeling, manufacturing and science. Specializing in design satellite parts and systems, manufacturing satellite parts, preparation of space experiments and since missions, testing.
